Career Opening:  Consultant

We are presently searching for a Consultant to become part of our growing team. We have immediate opportunities for this position in the safety and soundness side of our management consulting business.  The successful candidate will provide client and internal support for loan, audit, regulatory, bank operations and management projects throughout the region including regulatory assistance and bank loan review.

Position requires some travel, as well as the ability to work in a team-focused environment and maintain superior client relations.  Candidate should have degree with 2-3 years relevant banking experience and should have strong analytical, computer and communication skills, as well as knowledge of bank statutory and regulatory requirements. Successful candidate must possess good oral and written communications skills and be self-motivated.  Position offers excellent salary and advancement potential, plus attractive benefits package.

Career Opening:  Senior Consultant

We are presently searching for a Senior Consultant to become part of our growing team. The Senior Consultant will immediately play a key role in providing a variety of safety and soundness services and support to our banking clients throughout the region, including such areas as credit risk and credit operations, ALLL adequacy, ALM, regulatory assistance, strategic planning, capital planning, operations and management projects.  The successful candidate should possess strong oral and written communications skills and be self-motivated.  Business development also expected. Position offers excellent salary potential, plus attractive benefits package.

Position requires the ability to work in a team-focused environment and maintain superior client relations. Candidate should have business degree with ten plus years banking experience in the above areas and strong analytical, computer and communication skills. A strong knowledge of bank statutory and regulatory requirements and a sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information is a must. Some regulatory experience preferred.
