With the rewrite to 31 CFR 210 in April 1999, Treasury adopted, with exclusions, the NACHA Rules as the basis for most federal ACH processing. Periodically, the Financial Management Service within the Bureau of Fiscal Service at Treasury updates the Green Book. This webinar will discuss the late 2021/early 2022 updates to the Green Book along with the current structure of the guide.
