Lending compliance is a complicated topic that has been in a state of incredible change in the past few years.  Although recent focus has been mostly on closed-end lending, financial institutions need to be mindful of the rules regulating open-end credit, which are significantly different than closed-end rules.

This webinar will review Regulation Z’s provisions regarding traditional open-end lines of credit (non-credit card, non-home secured), including the disclosures required at account opening, on periodic statements, and for change-in-terms notices. In addition, we will review the timing rules for mailing periodic statements and promptly crediting payments received.
