Bob Shober is a Vice President at PBS. Prior to joining PBS in 1983, Mr. Shober served as an examiner for the FDIC for eight years, working throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. His experience with the agency included supervision of commercial banks. He currently provides consulting services in the areas of bank management, loan administration and analysis, policy development, regulatory matters, capital planning, and strategic planning and education. Mr. Shober is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
