Recorded: November 23, 2021
Presented by: Mr. Mark Dever, CAMS, VP and Senior Consultant, FORVIS
On September 16, 2021, the voting members of NACHA approved eight changes to the NACHA Rules, some of which took effect the next day, and two that do not take effect until 2022, with a “grace period” extending to early 2023. This two-hour webinar will identify these new Rules changes, and other Rules changes scheduled for 2022, and discuss ways to implement such while minimizing the risks associated with the changes. With 30 Billion ACH Entries carrying a value of close to $ 67 Trillion forecast for 2021, proper compliance with the ACH Rules is critically important to not only protecting the integrity of the payments system, but of protecting the profit margins enjoyed through providing products and services through the ACH Network. This webinar will review the ingredients of the Rules changes and discuss ways to implement those changes properly.
Here’s What You’ll Learn:
With ACH volumes increasing by 1 Billion Entries/Year for the last six years, and dollars processed increasing by $1 Trillion/Year for last eight years, proper compliance with the NACHA Rules is of paramount importance.
