Bio
Tony Richardson is a Senior Consultant II at FORVIS. He has over 24 years of banking experience with a background in internal audit and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Richardson began working as internal auditor for BPC Corporation in 1995. Tony graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University in 1996, and graduated from The Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt University in 2008. He currently provides client financial institutions financial and operational audits, management consulting and compliance services, systematic BSA-AML look back/fraud analyses and quality assurance reviews, quality control audits for secondary market lending, and loan review & due diligence services.
Mr. Richardson also provides Sarbanes-Oxley compliance services to include control analyses, documentation of process narratives, risk and internal control assessment, testing, remediation, and reporting of results.
