Michael O. Anderson, CRCM, is a Director with over 22 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and banking. Mr. Anderson advises a variety of clients, ranging in size from de novo institutions to those with assets over $100 billion, on the implementation of regulatory compliance programs, risk assessments, and monitoring, as well as examination readiness and risk management strategies. Mr. Anderson specializes in both assessing and building compliance programs for clients, with additional experience doing so in the financial technology (FinTech) space, working with online marketplace and alternative lenders. Mr. Anderson frequently serves as a speaker for numerous banking, compliance, and state associations, and has served as an instructor at the FDIC Consumer Response Center.
Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
