FORVIS was selected by First Federal Savings Bank of Elizabethtown to assist with the development of a Quality Assurance process for the Bank’s Mortgage division. Previously, the Bank had experienced repeated errors and an overall lack of attention to detail, and required a new approach to improve accuracy, while still maintaining a quick and efficient process. The project was a success. FORVIS Compliance experts took a personal, hands-on approach to guide the Bank through process development and implementation. Since the new Quality Assurance process was established, the number of errors reported has significantly decreased and helped improve the efficiency of the Bank’s Mortgage division.
